With a strong foothold on private commercial construction market Alpha 1 began looking into other construction markets
in the early 1990's. During this time, ALPHA 1 made
business presentations to contracting officers at several Department of Defense offices throughout
California, New Mexico, and Texas.
Securing federal construction contracts trained ALPHA 1
to the necessary document controls for a public works
contract, and further developed our scheduling and
budgetary capabilities to an intensive level.

These practices groomed ALPHA 1's operations to approach larger-scale private commercial developments under
multi-phasing and strict budgetary controls.

Working on government projects formalized ALPHA 1's skills with intensive methods and techniques for quality assurance. We chose to implement these tools for all projects to offer
and ensure premier craftsmanship to our clients. ALPHA 1
has developed a standard Quality Assurance / Quality Control Program that utilizes a project team approach to ensure
that high quality services are performed in an expedient
and effective manner.
